Blair in in the mood for a little revenge on Rachel Carr (guest star Laura Breckenridge) for not playing the unspoken rules of Constance Billard. Chuck (Ed Westwick) wakes up in a hotel and only has a minor recollection of what happened the previous evening and who he spent the evening with, Nate (Chace Crawford) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) try to help him fill in the missing pieces of what is turning out to be an increasingly intriguing mystery.

The Queen B goes through a detention doing a Community Service at the Preservation Society. Thus, Blair is seriously devising a plan to take down her new teacher, Rachel Carr. Their rift started when Rachel Carr did not bother playing the unspoken rule of Constance Billard. The plan becomes easier when Blair discovers that Dan may have an affair with the teacher.
In this "Carnal Knowledge" Episode 17, Serena spots Dan and Rachel together in a bar. While Chuck wakes up in a hotel with only a minor recollection of who he spent it with. Nate and Vanessa helps Chuck unravel this very intriguing mystery.
Meanwhile, a scoop from E! spills that a "former bigtime couple" are getting back together and it is neither Blair and Chuck or Nate and Jenny.
